We did a lot of walking today. I will call the first half of this post Part I and the second half Part II. Part II can be view on my Chalk it up blog.
Part IPart of what motivates me to walk is where I walk. It is sometimes challenging to find interesting walking locations. Here is a list of some of the places that I've walked so far: bike/walking trails, parks, formal gardens, modern city, historic city, beach, neighborhoods, apartment complex, lakeside, elementary school, middle school, high school (these school ones got lost in the shuffle)and today I graduated to the college campus! I thought about the graduate school I attended on Long Island, Hofstra University. Hofstra is a private school and a nationally recognized arboretum. So I thought, what private school is in the area? Rollins College!! I had the pleasure of my Mom's company today. We had such a lovely day! Here's a little peek(I won't even tell you how many pictures I took. This is just a sampling.)
Here are some more details of this beautiful campus.
So as not to be a blog hog I posted Part II on my Chalk it UP! Blog:) To continue this walk click here.
Do you have a pretty college campus in your area? It may be a perfect place for a creatively fit walk!
Hope everyone had a great walk today!

What a terrific day. Love all the photos of doors and arches. Tea looks yummy.
Sounds like a perfect day out. Great to have company once in a while too. Pictures are simply great - wish I could have joined in
Sounds like the perfect time out. I would love to share my walks with you as well. Tami
What wonderful photos. Rollins is really a beautiful campus, and you captured a great deal of its beauty. I'm glad you are able to do some walking with your Mom--bonding time. ;)
Love the tea shot! Very refreshing!
