Lisa - Pennsylvania 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

I talked my son into sitting in the stroller and we headed out for a walk tonight. It was humid, not my favorite walking weather, but it had to be done. I needed the exercise. I've lost 4.5 lbs on Weight Watchers and I'm determined to lose more.

Toddler wasn't happy with the ride, though. He wanted to go to the playground. It was getting dark and I didn't want to go to the playground and was determined to help him enjoy the ride. He wasn't really buying it and didn't the whole way, but I got my walk in and that's what counts. 40 lb weight loss here I come!

Seriously, it was the dullest walk I've taken in a long time. The photos? Snore. But I'm sure there will be better photo opportunities on another walk. This is my shadow on the road, next to the tree. I look a lot slimmer than I am...and a lot taller. I'm hoping to actually be slimmer by the first of next year, but I don't think I'll ever be taller. :-)

I thought this tree was pretty cool...no idea why. I guess I like the old look of it, something you don't see often in town around here.
I liked the way the sun was hitting this tree. When I saw it later, I noticed the blur, which I believe was caused when my son jerked the stroller in annoyance at his mommy stopping!

Lisa, I think you got some very nice pictures.
Part of being creative is working with what you have and you accomplished that:). I love the pink light cast onto the road and the orange light on the last tree. You've managed to captured the sunset with out pointing your camera at the sky!:)
Congratulations on your weight loss too!

P.S I've chanced the title of your post to Lisa - Pennsylvania and in your label all you have to write is Lisa -Pennsylvania (this way it is easy to identify each persons posts and the list at the top will only include each persons name with location)

Thanks for joining us! We look forward to seeing more of you walks:)

Lisa,

We must have posted at the same time yesterday. I didn't see your post until I saw a comment on it this morning. I'll be joining you on the stroller walk today, now that my daughter is going back to school and it is just my toddler and me. I really hope he'll be good.

Your photos are great. Congrats on your weight loss...I'm finally starting to feel it after Day 20 of walking, but I'm not doing the WW thing. Good luck!!

Keep walking!

Ahh, yes, I always admire my shadow in a narcissist way -- I look slim and tall, and I feel sexay! WHOO!
