We walked in the forest today and I love looking at the trees.
Eucalyptus treesThen I left the forest and walked along the street and saw these trees.
I can't remember the name of this one but I call it the sausage tree as the bottle brush flowers look like white sausages.( I have since seen this tree on Titania's blog and she says it is a Buckinghamia celsissima )

I am instantly attracted to the mango tree. Reminds me of my childhood in Malaysia. We had a huge tree and when it starts to fruit, the kids get to choose, and we would write our names on our chosen fruit. That didn't bother my Mom, coz we had so much we normally ended up sharing with family and friends... I still love mango (a lot). Mmm thinking of going to buy some now...
I love your forest photos, looks really peaceful.

I've never seen Eucalyptus trees...I am just imagining Koala Bears way up high. ;)
Love the mango tree shot. I'm not sure I have ever seen one of those either.
And I know that I haven't seen a Lillipilli Tree (I would remember that one!)
Great post!
What a great collection of trees!
My neighbors have a Mango Tree. They work so hard at keeping it safe during a frost. Unfortunately, Jack Frost won the battle this time. Hopefully it will come back it the spring.
Love the Lillipilli tree and the name:)
Have a great day!
