Some mornings we drive to the Daisy Hill Forest for a walk. Recently the name was changed but we still call it the forest.
We walk around the ring road.
There are many walking tracks to take but that is a bit adventurous for BB.
Sometimes we bump into the wildlife. A wallaby and joey.
Then BB drives to the shop to buy the paper, while I walk home.
This is a mural on a fence at the entrance to the forest.
The electricity poles along the street have murals too. I think it is to stop graffiti .
Cockatoo
Ring Tailed Possum
Brush Tailed Possum
The road plummets down the hill but I turn right here looking forward to breakfast and the crossword out of the paper..

Another great post! I am so enjoying getting acquainted with your lovely country!
I love the murals too! I wonder if anyone would mind if I painted a pole or two around here?:)
Have a great day!
Particularly love the murals. Great pix. Thanks for sharing
I like the painted poles, a great idea - art on a surface that's already there...
