Paula-Munich, Germany, 11:30am - 12:45pm

I had early morning appointments at the city hall ( left side) it was cold, grey and not really light still I decided to take the camera just in case it would clear up a bit and then I could walk home and showing you at the same time a bit more of Munich :-))

Luckily it did clear up.

Passing the baroque church on the way to the daily market.

There you go. The daily market@Munich. The Bavarian farmer not let anything go to waste and use the shell of fruits to make decorations and these cute little hearts, colored with natural color.
Most of fruits and veggie's are organic grown. Well, that is pretty common in Germany and I love the quality of it, even when I think that all what is sold at this market is more expensive - guess the tourist factor :-))

The market leads to "The gardeners place" still with the original cobblestones preserved. Beautiful! And such reliable heel killers.
Next I reach the river, cross the bridge, greet the figure at the bridge and reach my shaded path - 5min and I am home.

Having said that your guys are so encouraging in getting me going. By now I am not using the elevator anymore but walk my five floors...
unfortunately I am not yet good at making collages. Please be patient. All of you make such great medleys. I am so very envious ;-)))

What a treat to "see" your walks. I adore farmer's markets. Good for you for being able to take the stairs - five floors. Wow that's a lot of stairs!

Paula,

Everyone says your photos are a "treat!" I have to admit...that is the first word that comes to mind for me too! It is so delightful traveling with you to City Hall and through gardens and markets.

The architecture and culture...colors and landscapes of your photo-journeys are remarkable.

I'm proud of your focus...no elevators and walks for everyday things. Keep it up!!

Thank you also for the motivation and comments you offer to us. They are inspiring.

You're doing great on the walking and the photography!

I hope I can follow suit soon...though the photography won't be as good! :-)
