I spent the weekend down in San Jose and the Santa Cruz area this weekend. On the way home I decided to stop at one on my favorite places to walk -
The Elizabeth Gamble Gardens. It's near Stanford and is a beautiful area to walk and get inspiration for my own little garden.

I played around with my iPhone Quad Camera app a bit.

But, mostly took pictures with my Canon. I love this old oak tree. The picnic bench nearby is a perfect place to sit, drink a cup of coffee and just think.

There were lots and lots of blooming dahlias.

These pic's of stones are awesome. You have a good eye for details.
Beautiful flower pictures. The bed of dahlias is so pretty. It looks like we both had our feet on flagstone yesterday!:)
Cynthia,
Your first collage is stunning, and I love the walkway photo. What a pretty area to walk. I love finding new places.
Such lovely contributions to our blog! ;)
