Today's walk was more about necessity than desire. When I got into my car this morning, to take my son to school, I turned the key and nothing happened, again! My husband jump started it last night but I guess it didn't get enough juice. So, with no time to spare I grabbed my camera, walked my son to school and signed him in a little late. Here's a little collage of his campus.
There was an abandoned shopping cart sitting at the entrance of the neighborhood. I sat down on the ground behind it to get a more interesting shot. After all, shopping carts are not very attractive.
Later this afternoon at4:45 I went for a second walk by necessity. It was football practice time. I walked, Noah biked and Matthew rode his longboard. While at the school I decided to do a little more walking around the track. One lap is 1/8 mile. I did 9 laps. This picture was taken from my morning walk. I did not bring my camera, as I had too many things to carry. That shopping cart would have come in handy this evening!
Was your walk energized today?!
Have a great night!

Creatively sitting! I like it!
Actually, I really do like your shopping cart shots. Aren't you glad we've been walking for more than a month and you are completely prepared to walk at a moment's notice?! Other than the inconvenience of your car not starting, I bet it wasn't too bad!
I like your track shot. It's a motivator! Great post!
