Cindy - Florida 2:00-2:50 PM

Today's walk was a bit of a challenge. First, I wasn't feeling very creative or very fit. Finally, at 2:00 I decided I would get out there and walk. I thought it might be fun to take Lucy, our new puppy. This is where the challenge begins! It was difficult to walk with Lucy because she was constantly tripping me and she was getting caught in her leash. Plus, it was not easy juggling my phone, camera, keys, doggie clean-up bags and most importantly, Lucy's leash. But we managed.

The first collage shows the many sides of Lucy. As you can see, in the center photo, Lucy is driving us to the trail, that we walked on today.

This next collage is a collection of the subtly interesting things that I spotted along the trail. I had to look really hard. Not a very exciting trail.

These yellow leaves really caught my eye. I loved the way they rested on the wooden railing, of this little boardwalk. The top left one reminded me of a ginkgo leaf.
Here are all 70 something picture from my walk. I'm actually surprised I got that many. The center one was the bridge which was my destination goal, before turning back.

This last one was my favorite picture of the day. The top one is the original photo and the bottom one was manipulated using picnik.com

I hope everyone is having a good evening.
Did you walk today?:)

A hint for you--a lightweight backpack will hold your phone, keys, water bottle, doggie poop bags, and anything else your little heart desires. Keep it light, but I find it comes in VERY HANDY.

I love your Lucy shots! She is such a beautiful little dog. I can't wait to meet her. We actually took a second walk today (with the three dogs). We've been watching The Dog Whisperer and I wanted to try a few things. They all did terrific!

I love your Picnik manipulation. I am imagining you in a darkroom (mixing, mixing, mixing) in order to get the perfect saturation. ;)

I love your bridge shot. Great photo!

Now, when is our field trip?! Whatcha doin' this weekend???
