Cindy - Florida 10:40-11:30 AM

I'm still dealing with this nasty cold but decided I'd go for a walk anyway. I ventured back over to Cranes Roost today. You can see my previous walk at Cranes Roost here. This is one of those places with a million photo ops. I tried to keep moving and clicking. The first thing I saw when I arrived was a small crowd of people and a camera crew. I walked to the top of the steps to get a better view of what was going on. When I got up there, I was shocked to see a giant python. Apparently, Fox News was doing a news story about how to handle one of these lovely creatures. There have been some problems with them here, in Florida. ( I wanted to go down there and say, "Excuse me, I'm here working with Creatively Fit and I need a picture! Please step aside.)
I really like this picture, below, because of the depth and the contrast between the blue sky and the terracotta ground.
There are no pets allowed here, except for in designated areas, unless you are made of bronze.

I like the balance in this next photo. I added the two pictures of the birds because they looked like they were balancing on the rocks, adding to this symmetrical composition.:)

Here are a few more pictures that I liked. The sky was amazing today!
I hope everybody had a great day!
I look forward to seeing where you've been walking:)

Yikes! I thought you were going to say they found the snake in the lake. I'm glad you learned how to handle one, though. You never know.

It's funny that they have statues that include children and their pets, yet pets cannot come to the park. It's like saying, "Here is the natural order of things, but no order here."

What is it about those ducks that want to make an appearance on our site? The ducks seem to come running when they see our Creatively Fit cameras.

Great shots! I hope you are feeling better now.

Hey Cindy...
Let's plan to walk on Monday the 14th. You can pick the place...I have not left my neighborhood yet. We could go to that place where it's free on Mondays. Douglas usually gets picked up around 8:30, so anytime after that would be great. I loved your pictures. You have to show me how to put a picture on top of another picture. I hope you feel better soon!....

Holy COW! That was a big snake! I love your sky pictures. We have had a lot of picture clouds this week too... I find myself wishing I could somehow take pictures while driving!

"...problems with them here in Florida?" Are you kidding me? Having a bad hair day is a problem...a python is a horror film! Cindy you never fail to make my jaw drop with the alligators signs etc....yeek a python!

I really like the composition of the python slithering across the angled tile...and the people's feet. Very cool picture. Also think the blue sky and terracotta picture is spectacular.
