Today I was rewarded for rising early (by my standards, I mean) with a glimpse of the few thin clouds that were in the sky when I started out, but had disappeared within 20 minutes. That inspired me to take some photos of the sky! I took the last picture because I liked the sun shining on the sprinkler water and to show how extremely hazy and humid it is. I also wondered if the person who planted these trees so close together realizes how big they're going to get...

I hope everyone's having a lovely day! Thanks for coming along with me!

Beautiful photos of the North Carolina sky! I took a picture of that same lovely moon this morning (but didn't post it) pretty cool!
I definitely see the summer hazy in that last picture.
I'll send your friend Betsy an invite;)
Have a great day!
Cindy
Oh Julie! What a wonderful, wonderful capture of the sprinkler. They sky too! I'm delighted that you joined us. See? I knew someone else was walking with me.
Cindy - I think I already sent Betsy the invite this morning. I hope she will join as well.
Of course, I meant the sky too. ; )
I love the sprinkler picture! That was a really good capture! I'm glad you're on the team!!
Great pictures. Your sky pictures encourage me to look up more. I love what light does to clouds. Also very cool sprinkler picture. We are having a water shortage in California so I don't see these much lately.
