Yepp, I was walking and tightening my muscles as suggested for two hours. Just a collection of moments between my doctors appointments today
Walking in the famous neighboorhood of Neuhausen. Its royal ground as it belongs to the former royal family ;-)))
Most houses are genuine Art deco and overgrown. Makes quite for a romantic setting or so I like to think :-))
Romantic with all the little details, hidden corners and unexpected path between the houses seemingly leading to nowhere - Just to find yourself in front of a very modern Museum:
I love the play of light and shade. Isnt it always amazing again?
Passed some time in a little art shop. Lost my muscles squeezing rhythm there ;-))
Simply loved the presentation of all these rings.
It is now decided that I will undergo surgery next week and wont be able to walk for sometime - not with crutches. Well, asap I will start walking again however for sure not 2h - however walking with crutvhes will be a good workout for my arms - that is for sure ;-)))

Oh no, Paula! It sounds like you are going to need a really terrific camera strap to hang from your neck while you walk with crutches and snap your photos! ;)
What are we going to do without your journeys?
I truly hope your surgery goes well. You will be in my prayers.
Your photos today are spectacular! I love the circle, shadows, and light. I had no idea those were rings until you mentioned it...I had to look closer. Very cool.
Did you purchase anything in the art store??
Sounds to me like your doing the butt crunches!:)
I'm sorry to hear that you will have to have surgery. I will pray for you too. And hope for a speedy recovery. Funny, the other day when I was walking I passed a women walking on crutches. As we passed one another I said to her, "Now that's commitment!" I almost snap a picture of her to show everyone here.
Your museum walk looks great I would have loved to have been there with you. I love the skylight shot.
