Today was a power walk day! Similar to a power nap, it was short and intense. My son was home from school today. He has had a sore throat all week , so I took him to the doctor. Thankful it's not strep. As the day progressed he started feeling a little better, so I figured a short brisk nature walk would do us both some good. We explored a park with a nature trail. We will definitely be going back there when we have more time. I took very few pictures, 26, a creatively fit record low for me.:) I have to say, I am definitely feeling more fit. My whole reason for starting this was to firm up my butt! And I must say it's working! YAY! Here's a little walking fitness tip: When you are walking, and one leg is extended behind you, squeeze your glut muscle. It's like a mini butt crunch or leg lift.(without actually lifting your leg) I find that this is really helping to firm this area. :)
I thought I'd post a collage from my Winter Park walk here, in case you missed it over at my other blog. This was part II of my double walk the other day. This is a photo of the train track in Winter Park. I can't decide which format I prefer. What do you think? Portrait or Landscape? What kind of a walk did you have today?Long, short, intense, spiritual...I'd love to hear about it!Have a great weekend!Cindy

I know what you mean about less and less pictures. I think I am right there with you shooting "record lows." I do like that you got a heart in, though. ;)
I vote landscape style for the railroad shot. For me, the wide angle gives a feeling of depth and the eye goes further.
